Building on the 18th EU Space Conference, CASSINI Matchmaking is hosting a focused side-event in the heart of Brussels, structured around startups, investors and key ecosystem partners.
With a focus on celebrating EU Space innovation and fostering authentic connections, the primary sessions include a collaborative start-up design workshop, a pitching event and exclusive networking reception.

Our Agenda
A novel workshop concept bringing together founders and investors around a unique concept, namely to define a start-up of the future. We know how important the human connections are and the impact they have in forming relationships around investments, so this group-based workshop is designed around breaking the ice and bringing people together, on a human level.
Investors gain authentic insight into founders, beyond polished decks
Founders acquire practical, experience-based understanding of how investors really think and decide
Both sides leave with stronger signals, better context, and more actionable next steps
Hosted by: Serge Borg - a 2x founder and angel investor, with over 20 years experience in coaching CEOs and supporting founders & leadership teams scale ventures and transform cultures.
Start the evening with opening remarks by representatives of the European Commission, EUSPA and ESA, followed by catering and drinks before the pitching session.
Engage directly with the attending start-ups as the founders pitch their companies, and discover something new in the EU Space ecosystem.
Join us for the closing session in conversation, making new connections and meeting the founders in person. For those that joined the workshop, its an opportunity to build on the interactions from earlier in the day.
